Overview: The Bruker AXS Company Reward Points Program is a service of Bruker AXS Inc This program is provided for all eligible employees of Bruker AXS. Eligibility: Eligibility for the Bruker AXS Reward Points Program is limited to current Bruker AXS Inc employees in sales and service. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed. Participating employee agrees that Bruker AXS and each of its respective agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal advisors, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, and directors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or otherwise, mail, packages, or other correspondence; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Bruker AXS that may cause the Bruker AXS Rewards program to be disrupted or otherwise; (iii) any printing, human, typographical or other errors or ambiguities in (or involving) any materials associated with the Bruker AXS Rewards program; and (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and action of any kind in connection with or resulting from registering, enrolling, or participating in the Bruker AXS Rewards program.
Change: Bruker AXS Inc reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
Bruker AXS Inc reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Bruker AXS Inc at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Bruker AXS Reward Points Program and is assigned a user login and password, used to gain access to the Bruker AXS Reward Points Program web site. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password.
Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of Reward Points begins when an eligible participant passes along a lead for a product they do not sell and that lead is approved by the appropriate Manager. Points will also be earned if the lead turns into a sale.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
- Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination or separation from employment states will expire.
- Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
- The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another cardholder. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- Bruker AXS reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Bruker AXS Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Bruker AXS Reward Points point balances.
Termination of Program: Bruker AXS Inc reserves the right to terminate the Reward Points Program at any time without any prior notice to you.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Bruker AXS Reward Points On-Line Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Bruker AXS Inc or any of its affiliates or agents. Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Bruker AXS Inc The information collected on this web site will be used by Bruker AXS Inc in connection with the Bruker AXS Reward Points Program.
